Applying is easy at Cedar Lane Apartments. Qualified individuals may submit a completed and signed application via U.S. Mail or by hand delivery to our facility. Fax and scanned applications will only be accepted if the original is also submitted. Applications signed by an acting Power of Attorney must be submitted with a notarized copy of the authorizing documents.
Applicants will be processed for an apartment if one is available or otherwise placed on our waitlist. There is no obligation to be on the waitlist but an application must be submitted in order to have your name added to the list. Wait times vary depending on the type of apartment and building to which the applicant applies
Applicants must be at least 62 years of age** and must meet the documentation requirements of U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status. All applicants must sign an Authorization for Release of Information, and all information relevant to eligibility and level of assistance must be verified. All applicants will be subject to a credit and criminal background check as part of the application process. To view our complete Tenant Selection Plan, please click here.

Applications MUST be signed by the applicant or by a designated legal Power of Attorney and a copy of the Power or Attorney document must be submitted with the application.
*Please note that if applying for Assisted Living you must also complete an Apartment Application. Current residents need only the Assisted Living application.
