We offer senior living with or without supportive services as well as three levels of assisted living. HUD subsidies may be available to qualified applicants in Buildings 1 & 2. Qualifications are income-based and rents are determined by income, assets & out-of-pocket medical expenses. Residents who qualify for a HUD Subsidy will pay approximately 30% of their monthly income (less applicable credits) for rent. HUD Subsidized Rate is the contracted rate with HUD from which your subsidy is deducted.
Utilities (water, trash, electric) are included with rent only in Building 1. Building 2 residents pay their electricity but receive a utility allowance credit on their rent ($81– 1BR or $98 – 2BR). Building III residents pay for their electricity usage. Please note that Phone & Cable are not included in ANY building.
All residents in Buildings 1 and 2 are required to participate in our mandatory meal program as a condition of occupancy. This program is $220 per month in addition to rent and provides a daily, nutritionally-balanced, hot meal at dinner. Residents have the option to sign up for additional meals: Breakfast and lunch are each $190 per month. Residents of Building 3 have the option to utilize the dining room as desired or participate in the meal programs. Individual meals may also be purchased in addition to any of the meal programs. Breakfast - $7, Lunch - $7, Dinner - $9 (Holiday meals may cost extra)

Fee For Service:
Many residents enjoy independent living with the help of some supportive services. Cedar Lane Apartments offers a Fee for Service option that allows residents to receive assistance on an as-needed basis and be billed accordingly at the end of each month.
